Job Descriptions : Implementation of Quality control system, effectively, periodic monitoring and suggest improvement Preparation of QAP, getting it approved by Customer and sharing with Planning Dept. Responsible for developing/setting up standards for Company’s Quality systems (heath and safety) and sharing with respective stakeholders for implementation Co-ordination with Operations Department and ensuring that operation processes meet the quality standards (national or international bodies) set by the company Liaison with external agencies like TPI and Govt. bodies Updation of codes as per American Standards of Mechanical Engineering (ASME) Assigning work to the team members, monitoring their work daily. Setting up of Key Result Areas for the team and periodic review and sharing the feedback with HR Team Ensure all necessary quality documents are shared with Customer while dispatching of the product Carrying out periodic audits, to check the effectiveness of the system and share report to management Co-ordination with Purchase, Engineering, Operations department for understanding and to ensure that quality requirements are met by the internal / external suppliers Timely checking of quality of the incoming raw material and outgoing finished product Maintaining Records (as per requirement of ISO 9001:2008 and IMS), generating various statistical report and sharing with the management Continuous Improvisation in the quality processes Timely response to the Customer query/complaints Identify the training needs of the Team members and co-ordinate with HR Dept. Responsible for recruitment, selection and development of the Team members Attrition management Maintaining & Improvising the Standard Operating Procedures.
